I have not had the opportunity to work with your company however my first phone interaction today was awesome. The female that answered the phone was friendly, cheery, informative and honest. I am so impressed and will be sharing this story with others. If she is any indicator to your business, you must run a great business.

I just happened to see this company advertised on the internet and I had to comment. I hope their integrity has improved. Many years ago to help a «good old boy» buddy of Ledford’s, he wrote a termite report claiming the crawl space of a house I was selling had excessive moisture and resulting damage which proved in court to not be true. I was living out of state and his collusion with the disreputable buyer caused me many months of legal trouble. As I stated, this was years ago, but I still would avoid this company.

I, Laura M. Cirino (on behalf of myself and not my company) believe all Homebuilders and Homebuyers in the Charleston, SC region should use Ledford’s Termite & Pest Control company. Ledfords uses Termidor HE (Soil applied Termicide) and Bora-​Care (Lumber) products as part of their termite treatments for construction treatments. These are currently the best two products being used in the market across the country.
Since, I began working for Saussy Burbank, I found the staff and technicians at
Ledfords Termite & Pest control to be highly professional, attentive, and well trained in all aspects of their job functions. From Scheduling, to obtaining documentation, to having the technicians perform the work, it all «Flows like a well oiled machine». Having the work done and obtaining the documentation for up coming closing in a timely manner is very important and Ledford’s is exceptionally thorough.
Finally, having a termite problem can seriously damage the reputation of a home builder so using the right pest control company is of the utmost importance. I am very happy to work with such a SUPER team and Wonderful company. KUDOS! Keep up the good work Ledfords!!!
