My friends French toast came out cold, then the rest of her food came out also cold as well. I got my burger which I requested plain. It came out with all the toppings /​sauce. We left and went to Waffle House. Will not be back.

Due to the limited amount of restaurants in West Ashley serving breakfast between 8 am — 9 am on Sunday, I’ve been to this IHOP quite a bit.
Food is as expected. If you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all.
However, I will NOT be back to this location again. My husband and I were seated in a booth near the bathrooms. Looking up, I noticed black mold on the tiles of the drop down ceiling. Gross! Bet there’s so much more hidden mold.

I will not be coming here again! Our server Mark took 10 minutes to get our drink order, another 10 minutes to take our order, and 20 minutes to get us our food! Even though Mark kept the drinks coming he did not sound as if he wanted to be there and his pants were so low I could see his underwear. Not something I wanted to see first thing in the morning! The food was good though; once we got it but it was not worth the wait.

This place is always busy — we hit it shortly after the church crowd came in. Although there was a wait, once seated the food came very quickly. It was much faster than the service at the Tanger location.
