The worst customer service. Twice they unilaterally cancelled my appointment without notifying me. Twice I had to rearrange my work schedule. I had purchased a Living Social deal and was told after the second time that it was cancelled and they could not do anything for me. The manager was not very apologetic nor did they attempt to rectify the situation in any way. I spent almost an entire winter without the use of my fireplace because I kept relying on them saying they would come and they did not. I am furious and this the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I would never trust this company.
