Excellent experience every time I have been. Not condescending, there to truly help. Kim, the assistant manager there went above and beyond for me. She was awesome. I went in for new irons that I already did research on. I knew what I was going to buy, but she still wanted me to hit them into their simulator. She had me hit regular and stiff shafts to find my comfort level. I’m not that good and she didn’t mock me at all. She actually gave me encouraging words which gave me more confidence hitting in the simulator. She even gave me some advice on my grip which seemed to change a ton based on the numbers in the simulator. I immediately carried the ball 20−30yds farther and straight consistently, just bc she noticed that my grip caused my club face to be closed throughout my backswing and contact. When I commented how awesome that was she started fist pumping getting me more excited about the change and my new clubs. Never thought I would feel so excited and happy about spending that kind of money but right now I have no regrets and would go back to Kim in a heart beat. You can tell she just really enjoys her job and the game. Kudos edwin watts. I will be back soon for that driver too.
