Anna, the mngr on duty 7÷10÷15, was able to help me out with an exchange that is normally against their policy. All sales are final… unless the recognize an honest mistake was made. Anna went out of her way to help make it right and I left total satisified. Not just because I got my way, but because she was professional and realized the error and made it right. I love that they know the PG/​VA ratio mix to ALL of their e-​juices as I have sensitivities towards higher VG mixes.
