As a big fan of Domino’s, it’s terrific that they have a location on the way to Folly Beach. Their pizzas are awesome and ready to go in twenty minutes or so typically. Today we got three pizzas and they were all delicious.

a large Hand Tossed Pizza with pepperoni & mushrooms
As usual, everything was delicious. You may want to call ahead though and ask what their daily deals are because some provide really great savings.

I was anti-domino’s for years (nothing personal, it was just so blah.). After a couple of disappointing pizza experiences from the local James Island Pizza Hut (having risen to prominence in the 90’s), we decided to give Domino’s a try because it couldn’t be as bad as Pizza Hut has fallen. We were very pleasantly surprised! The delivery drivers are always cool and the pizzas are always hot & delicious. I love the Android App & the web page, too. You can design your own pizza and add toppings as you go. The only problem (intentional, I’m sure) is that you don’t see how much your pizza is costing as you build it. All-​in-​all, though, Domino’s has upped their game. We wanted to favor the local joints, like Paisano’s, but Paisano’s was repeatedly too unimpressive for too much money. Well done, James Island Domino’s!

As far as chain pizza, Domino’s has really gotten a lot better. Really enjoy the thin crust. Great pick up specials and very nice staff. Sometimes you don’t want to pay $ 20 for a pizza and it is pretty good to boot.
