While chiropractor and masseuse are great, beware of billing staff. I was told that my insurance covered everything, encouraged to come a few times a week and months later they tell me it wasn’t. I was only covered for 30 visits for the year. Received a bill for close to $ 500! Shame on me for trusting the office staff, should have called insurance myself. New chiropractor now, keeps me aware of my visits and how many I’m allowed.

Charleston Neck & Back is top notch. I’m a runner, recently injured in a car wreck. This place has walked me through the personal injury paperwork, demystified the insurance process, and put me at ease through a painful and scary time.
In addition to quick x-​rays and adjustments, they offer sonogram therapy that has really sped the healing process, and they have massage chairs and tables (with a fancy name, I think?) that effectively loosen up the kinks and help improve range of motion. Massage therapy is in-​house.
Appointments are quick and easy to schedule (they text you a reminder the day before), and the entire staff is friendly and helpful, positive and upbeat. The bedside manner here is the best I’ve ever seen.
Nothing scary about this process at all. If you’re hurting, these guys can help.
And– word on the street is Dr. Roles has treated the Charleston Riverdogs (including Bill Murray!). Best in the area, for sure.

It goes without saying that no one can crack a back like Dr. Roles. I have been to 4 chiropractors in my life and he is, by far, the best. He’s quick, efficient, and his staff is very courteous and professional.
