I have gone here for a few different services and have given my mom gift certificates here because I trust them to do a great job. They have spa parties almost every month and you get great deals if you go to them. They definitely don’t have the lowest prices but sometimes you get what you pay for.

I’m a spa snob, and it doesn’t take a lot to turn me off to a spa. This one is a five star winner. I’ve been to Charleston Medical Spa for a variety of treatments over the past two+ years and have always been incredibly pleased. Great results from laser hair removal and very knowledgeable and professional technician who makes sure I’m comfortable. I have had several great massages here — lovely peaceful setting with a choice of essential oils– and with special attention to my lower back issues. Lovely, kind, professional staff and atmosphere striking just the right balance of professionalism and warmth, no attitudes, easy parking, prices are very appropriate and their specials incredible. In fact I hope I will strike it lucky and manage to sneak in a massage tomorrow if they have an opening! Highly recommend.

Respectful, helpful group of ladies that love and understand what they do. Large, clean spa with spacious treatment rooms. They offer so many services and been pleased with everyone I received. They even carry the new ZO, Dr. Obagi’s new skin care lines. Definitely recommend to everyone.
