This was a pretty standard soccer stadium. There weren’t very many food options, but what they did have was okay. Tickets are reasonably priced and gives you something to do to support your city’s team.

We went to a game last night and it was a lot of fun. Tickets are either $ 10 or $ 18(bleacher seating vs. plastic bucket type seat). The soccer was good, but in my opinion, not exceptional. It’s a fun night out. Plenty of vendors selling beer, soft drinks and food — typical sporting event prices.

Daniel Island is a great place for sporting events(who would’ve thunk it?)! It has the Family Circle Cup for tennis and Charleston Battery for soccer! I love having the option of these places nearby for a fun night out with friends, a date or family. The Battery is a definitely a family friendly place, good option of sports foods(you know, typical junk fare), decent prices… overall good fun!

Charleston’s pro soccer team and a damn good team too! They play a couple leagues down from MLS, but they regularly beat the MLS teams, plus they play teams from the Premier League on occasion. Tickets are around $ 10, which is ok, bout the same you’d pay for a movie, but live action. You can’t match the atmosphere when the MLS teams come, especially Chivas USA or Houston Dynamo. Crowd can get rowdy, but it’s all in good fun.
