I had used Bishop & Sons before and found them ok. Their dispatcher kept in touch and plumber came when they said he would. The last time I used them was for a leaking tup faucet. The plumber could not fix the problem with the parts I bought. He went to the same supplier I did and came back saying best he could tell the parts were correct. He had to borrow some of my tools and finally seemed to have the leak stopped after rigging the parts and a suggestion from me. I was charged for two and a half hours labor at 125/hr and the plumber admitted the problem wasn’t fixed. The rigged fix broke completely the next day and I had to fix it. I received a follow up call today asking about my email. I proceeded to explain why I was not happy. The woman said: «alright I apologize» and hung up! No effort to remedy my complaint. I will not use them again… lesson learned.

Our company uses Bishop and Sons and as far as I know, we’ve had a great business relationship. However, we called about a leaking toilet on Monday and were told someone could be out Tuesday to look at it. We closed early due to inclement weather, and when the office/technician called to say someone was coming at 1:15 Tuesday, we told them we were closing at 2pm. They came anyway, arriving at about 1:40, and I was forced to stay late while he inspected the area. He found no issue, fixed nothing, and we were charged $ 125. Just a warning to ask what a service visit costs even if nothing is done. I’d love to know what our $ 125 will actually go toward.
