Never had a good experience at this BI lo customer service wise. Always lengthy waits at the deli (unless you are ordering fried foods then you are the priority every time) and the cash registers. There never seems to be enough people here and the ones that are don’t really care that much about you being there. I love the places prices– that’s why I keep coming here. I just wish management would do more to make this an environment where the customer and the service provided matters.

This Bi-Lo has been in this sport for a long time. It was across the street from the Piggly Wiggly I use to frequent. Sadly Piggly Wiggly has gone out of business in the Charleston and I believe in the state of South Carolina. I’m going to miss The Pig, but I will try to give consideration to this Bi-Lo. It’s a very clean store, with a good produce department. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. I was asked multiple times by staff working around the store if I needed assistance finding anything.
I was kind of disappointed that they didn’t continue with the making fresh salsa, bean dip, and blackeyed pea hummas when they took over The Pig. Oh well. I
