After sending an email to the owner through the company website, he was very quick to respond and apologize, even offering to have me come to one of the other locations and personally take care of me with a REAL significant discount. He (Jay) was very pleasant and accommodating, and went out of his way to see that the installation of my speaker upgrades went smoothly and quickly.
While I would not necessarily recommend the N. Charleston store, I would not hesitate to send someone to their W. Ashley store and deal with Jay and his brother. Two thumbs up definitely. Thank you, Jay.
