After reading other reviews I made a huge mistake and took my dresses to the bargain place. When I picked it up my dress it was completely trashed. There were spots all over it. The clerk told me that they were food stains and offered no help. How do food stains get all over the back side of the dress? I took it to Arrow. They had no idea what the stains were but said they were going to try their best to get them out. I went back to pick up my dress and it was completely stain free. It looks fabulous! It wasn’t cheap, but it was a heck of alot cheaper than a new dress. The location is out of the way for me but well worth the trip downtown

Poor service, take your clothes elsewhere. I chose Arrow because it’s in my neighborhood but I will happily travel to a better business next time. I was charged double the price listed on their website and the employee was rude. She never acknowledged my presence when I entered the store and she was curt and unfriendly. Do not support Arrow until they change their business plan and attitudes.

Fortunately I don’t have to frequently bring my clothes into the cleaners, but I was in a pinch and dropped off a skirt to Arrow, which is in my neighborhood. They seemed like a standard drycleaners as far as facility and quality, but I was surprised at the price. When I dropped off my skirt, I was told it would cost $ 5 to have it cleaned. That seemed like kind of a lot to me, especially since I have used very high-quality(and eco-friendly!) cleaners in the past, for less money. When it was time for pickup, I saw that my bill was more than I was quoted. I was charged an extra two dollars, since my skirt had some pleats that needed to be pressed back in. I guess it’s more work and therefore a charge, but I think that I should have been told about the extra charge when I dropped off my skirt. Overall, I think seven dollars to clean one skirt was a little too much, especially since it wasn’t heavily stained or made out of a delicate fabric. Arrow is convenient to my house, but as long as time permits, I will probably try to find another, less-expensive cleaner in the area.

I think the key word here is «no-frills,» but it’s my neighborhood drycleaners so I’m not going to complain too much about the lack of personality. I’m also not sure what else to say. It’s a drycleaners.
