Blue Ridge Locksmithing

I was looking for a locksmith, and I saw the great reviews that Bill received on Unilocal.I am always nervous about trying new contractors, but I decided to give Bill a try. I called on a Friday afternoon, and Bill said he would come that afternoon. He arrived on-​time, and he got right to work. He re-​keyed my locks, and some of the doors had alignment issues. Most locksmiths would ignore the door problems and just install the locks. Bill is clearly not like most locksmiths, because he reworked the doors to correct the alignment problems. He came on a Friday afternoon and stayed after 5pm, and he resolved my door issues as well as re-​keying my locks. The locks work better than before, and he did not charge me extra for the door issues, which technically, is not his problem. He treated my home like his home, and he stayed until the doors worked correctly. Thanks, Bill. I wish I could give you more than 5 stars, and I will call again when I need a locksmith.

Bill is the best! I called him today and scheduled a same day appointment to change 3 locks at my house. He is very diligent, honest and fair! Thank you!

Several months back, I locked myself out of my car after returning my teenager daughter back to her high school. Compounding matters was the fact that I had to pick up my 5-​year old son from his elementary school in less than 30 minutes; otherwise he would be stranded!!! I panicked of course and began my hunt for a local locksmith in the area. One never picked up the phone. Another had voice mail only. Somehow I managed to find Blue Ridge Locksmithing from Harpers Ferry, WV. By this time I was a nervous wreck thinking of my little boy and how LATE I was going to be. The locksmith from Blue Ridge Locksmithing was immediately compassionate to my plight. He ASAP rearranged his schedule or timing to come help me first and met me at my daughter’s high school within 15 minutes. Needless to say this man SAVED the day and got me back in my car in only moments. Honestly, I do NOT know what I would have done without him. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Locksmithing if you are in the Charles Town or Harpers Ferry area of West Virginia.
