Alan Harris of A Noble Feast Catering did our rehearsal dinner and our wedding. He met with us several times, and he talked a good game, preparing a proposed menu of eclectic cuisines that was tailor-made to our personal desires for our wedding of 125. Unfortunately, Alan was very unprofessional. He assured us that he was familiar and comfortable with our chosen venue, and yet did not bring adequate equipment to cook on-site for our rehearsal dinner. This resulted in the elegant chicken entrees being served raw in the center. When brought to his attention, Alan was haughty and brushed it off. The next day was no better. Alan hit on one of my guests, making them and everyone around them uncomfortable, and although his signed vendor contract had long been previously paid in full, he attempted to get a sizable amount more money out of us for reasons he could not explain. Alan was supposed to make our wedding day exemplary, but the job he did was execrable. The extra star is for the professional, kind, and courteous staff he brought with him, because they worked very hard, and gave our wedding their all. (There are two entries for the same business, for some reason I don’t understand. So I’m posting the same record on each business listing, to ensure that even when Unilocal removes one of the duplicates, my review will remain.)
