Drive thru window customer service sucks!!! Was there 6÷1÷2015 at 3:00 and got 2 frostys and before I could even finish she interrupts me with the total even though I was going to get food too so they lost my business. Their employees are always messing around and not doing their job(I’m a waitress) and this location is starting to suck more and more the more I go there. GETNEWMANAGEMENT and BETTER employees

I just had an exceptionally high level of good service from a most unexpected place. It was mostly the gentleman working the register, and also very graciously cleaning up the spill that happened at the table next to mine. He was Very genuine and great about it, without the usual grit teeth and fake commentary. Is this still North Carolina? I know… It’s just a fast food joint. I stopped here once before, about a year ago, and was not very impressed with anything other than they actually got the right stuff I ordered into the bag, and out the drive through Windows, and to me, the correct person. But otherwise, the service was 2 stars, at best. One employee(and a Jalapeño Cheddar burger on special) has turned this place around in my eyes. Even the parking lot is clean. Kudos to you, awesome Wendy’s employee guy.

Sometimes they are slow. They gave us the wrong order once. I think the salad need more selections. It is also too pricy for a small box of lettus. It might be the times i went there but they do clean the seating areas which is nice.

***Drive Thru Only*** When driving up, we saw all the chairs put up inside, so drive thru it was. Line went very quickly. Got a couple of Frosty Jrs. The attendant asked if we were redeeming a coupon or purchasing, which I thought was smart. Also asked if we wanted Vanilla or Chocolate. I didn’t even know Frostys came in Vanilla. Tells you how much I go to Wendys… A-OK

We enjoy the menu at Wendy’s however the staff there was grossly incompetent in every respect. My wait time seem forever, and even though I double check my food before I left they still got the sandwich wrong and the chicken was dried out. The manager clearly had no control over his employees they were just standing around like zombies while people with her arms crossed waited for their food

Someone spent a lot of money making this Wendy’s look less depressing, but the employees didn’t get the memo. It used to be dark and drab, so they put in some lights and a new coke machine. Don’t bother going inside, the staff don’t want to take your order. The line is perpetually long but the drive through is always moving. Getting back onto the highway from here is impossible because of Chapel Hill’s terrible street layout.

Its Wendy’s so clearly one of the better fast food joints but there is seriously something wrong with the people who work at this specific Wendy’s. Seriously how hard is it to get an order right, its printed right on the little TV. I have been to this place five times this year and not once have they ever managed to get a single one of my orders correct.

Wendy’s food has gotten better over the years, I’m not just lowering my standards. Their spicy chicken sandwich is solid. They’ve got some solid sides besides fries: salad, chili, baked potato, but not here sweet potatoes. Their chicken salad is good cause the chicken comes out hot. Can’t beat that. They’re one of the few places in Chapel Hill to have a drive thru too.
