Waggin’ Wagon

Yay! A food truck for the furry family members who accompany us to many an event. The truck is new, depicting a pup’s face on the front of the vehicle in gleaming paint. It’s the cutest thing! The proceeds benefit Paws4Ever, an animal-​saving non-​profit out of Chapel Hill. The treats, however, hail from Gourmutt’s Bakery in Raleigh. They serve bite-​size treats and iced cookies, as well as dog-​safe ice cream. The cookies are beautifully executed (and certainly tasty enough to send my dogs into a conniption at a mere whiff). They had about six designs to choose from — I only wish that the flavor selection was as diverse. But I love this innovative extension of a great organization, and my two pups wholeheartedly give it the paws up.
