They have yet to have what I need for my vaporizer! I don’t know the girls name that was working but she was rude both times that I’ve been in there! Spoke in a heavily condescending manner and rushed me along with the transaction!

Good news: I quit cigarettes.
Bad news: these people don’t love you.
I ordered «desert cow» flavor and they gave me something else. It tasted like tea. I went back the next day to fix it, and they sent me away with the same thing – tea. Even the sales person said it smelled different – like tea, but they didn’t fix it? Nope. :-(
Wouldn’t have been a big deal if it had been a small amount, but it was a HUGE bottle. They know their hardware, but they are iffy on their juice.
Also, they had an inhouse promotion last year to get free liquid per purchase, but at the turn of the year they cleared my credit and I got nothing. (That was 2014). –that’s how mad I am. :-)
Bottom line: I’ll keep going back, but keep your expectations low.
Avail Liquid is very close to them (next to Krogers). Going to try them next week.
Would love to support someone who recognizes their faithful customers without having a year worth of purchase credit wiped. I lost many, many free ML after they assured me I could get it anytime. Had to suck down tea flavor after they told me I was wrong.
They have too many customers that they can start screwing them over. It seems.

Great liquids and tasting bar. Disappointing that I used the Unilocal promotion to check in and get a free 7ml bottle only to be told that they are not honoring that anymore. Frustrating when businesses leave promotions out there and just decide to not honor them and don’t take the time to remove them. They could have made it right for me but no one chose to do anything about it just said too bad.

I absolutely love this place. Super friendly, highly knowledgeable about vape and e juice, and not to mention they have a phenomenal tasting bar. I recommend everyone come here.

Lady at this store did not know what she was talking about, thought all tanks were the same. Maybe she just wasn’t having a good day but she was very unhelpful. Thank god the nice woman at the other store fixed all our problems. Been referring people to vapor girl for years and was very unsatisfied when I realized I may have been sending them somewhere they weren’t getting treated well.

I’m a regular at The Vapor Girl since December of 2013. I go at least 3 – 4 times a month to purchase am hardware, e-​liquid, coils, & wraps for my Innokin I Taste MVP… I started off with 1 of the standard stainless steel batteries with the VG logo engraved on it with a Davide mini glassomizer & I loved it but I felt like I needed more. I’ve then upgraded to an Aspire mini & an ego twist, which is Variable Voltage & thought I was in heaven, that is until upgraded again to the larger Aspire tank & the new Innokin I Taste MVP! I love the MVP but will be upgrading again soon to the iTaste the rebuildable I taste mod and the Aspire Nautilus, I’m sooo excited! I love The Vapor Girl vape shop & all of the employees there. I have to say that Sarah and Kelly are my two favorite along with Victoria! There is another older gentleman there and I do not know his name but I talked two him all the time when I go in if he’s there. He always comes out and plays with my son, and sometimes he gets fussy while we’re in there and impatient but the employees helped me out though I can try new stuff. I’ve never experienced that in another vape shop, nor would I just let some random employee hold my son, he is getting to the stage to where he’s a little wary of strangers but not when I go in there, he knows and feels comfortable with everyone. as far as there E-​Liquids, they are excellent and extremely affordable! My favorites are strawberry watermelon spritzer, pomegranate spritzer, candy cane with a couple of drops of whipped cream, blackberry Panda, blueberry, headless horseman which is similar to unicorn poop in other brands, pillow fight, purple dewdrops and Q-​Burt which tastes like a rainbow sherbert. I am still at 24mg of nicotine because I’m still liking the throat hit I get from that but I do plan on dropping down to an 18 on my next visit. Everyone working there has great customer service and are all very knowledgeable about all of the products they carry, they do tell you about the pros and cons of all their products they don’t try to sugar coat things trying to make that sale, they really try to find the product that’s affordable for you at any level vapor you are, whether you’re just starting out or have been vaping for years. I love the rewards programs they have like when you check in you receive a free 7 mil bottles with Unilocal and also they have the echo rewards program and every $ 10 you spend you get 1 point, once you reach 5 points you receive a free 7 mil bottle. I take advantage of all of the promotions! They do honor returns if u have a defective device, I have had a couple and I had no problems exchanging them for a new one. I give this place 5 stars because of the premium illiquid they carry, they’re great customer service and knowledge of their products and it’s a really great atmosphere to be in overall! They have a wide variety to choose from whether you like sweet flavors, pastry flavors, creamy or tart flavors. They have a very wide range of hardware to choose from also. And I love the fact that there are juices are made from tobacco grown right here in the state of North Carolina! Keep up the good work I will see you guys soon!

Absolutely love this place. You can’t beat the helpful staff, especially Kelly and Brian. Super friendly, patient and nice. Love their selection and the juices are phenomenal. These guys know what they are doing.
