The Catering Company

I have family members who will only use The Catering Company of Chapel Hill. I had been to events they had catered and always enjoyed the food, so I used them for the most recent event I had at my home. Outstanding. While they do large formal events with full service catering, they will also do smaller scale catering. I placed my order to feed 15 family members late — and for Christmas Eve — and they sent a suggested menu that was perfect right away. Beef Tenderloin with Demi Glaze, Creamy Potato Gratin, Seasonal Vegetables, Yeast Rolls, and a Pear and Candied Walnut Salad. They do everything very well and their beef tenderloin is the best I’ve ever had. I had to pick up a few hours before dinner, so they accommodated me and packaged everything with easy instructions to heat just before serving. My family couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. Will definitely use them again the next time I need catering, large or small.
