It’s very tough to find if you don’t know UNC’s campus. 104 Ridge Rd is a bad address, and the phone is for someone at UNC dining services. The Starbucks is in the Chase Building which is connected to the Rams Head Parking Deck which is on Ridge between Manning and Stadium. There is no sign for Starbucks on Ridge. You have to walk up the stairs and make a left to the Chase Building.
The Starbucks has a very nice layout with lots of seating, but it can still be crowded during peak study times. The staff was friendly. My only complaint was that the guest wifi didn’t work.

The service here is atrocious. Not only is one of the baristas who is usually there VERY rude, but they also get my order wrong 90% of the time. I just want a nice beverage before class, and whenever I order something and they call it at the bar, I have to remind them of what I actually ordered. This is frustrating and they should really look into less apathetic and moody college students to work there.

I love this Starbucks. Great size, great seating, friendly staff, and they always get my drink right. The wi-​fi is blazing… but I think that’s because it’s on the university’s connection. Either way, this was my primo study spot for finals this semester!
