Molly Maid of Chapel Hill

Poor cleaning. Told about how they fell short in cleaning. Did the same thing again. We gave team chances to make it right. They did not come close. Always after the fact. They rush through the home. Not happy or satisfied with Molly Maid. Too expensive for a sub par job.

The work is impeccable. My home would not function without their help. I am truly blessed to have found a great group of people to work with me and my family. They always meet and exceeded my standards of cleanliness and I am truly thankful.

Great sales pitch and reasonable price. But the maids were short and cleaned nothing over their heads; missed a lot below the knees, too.

We hired Molly Maids to to our initial cleaning, as we moved into our new place about a month ago. We screened several companies and went with Molly Maids, as they seemed the most professional. Unfortunately, the crew that was sent was less than that. I’ve had many cleaning services performed over the years and NEVER had anything broken. The lady that was vacuuming my living room somehow bumped into a bookcase we have for displaying family photos, causing 2 to drop and shatter. One of the frames was a Disney souvenir that can’t be replaced. The manager that came in about an hour later was apologetic and said that they’d reimburse use for replacement frames, but it really shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
When they left, we found several areas (like the shelf under my coffee table) that weren’t even dusted/​cleaned. They didn’t have any stainless steel clearer and one of the women asked me if I had some, yet they were supposed to be supplying all of the chemicals. The piece de resistance was when they were leaving, one of the women backed out of my driveway (which has a curve to it), didn’t watch where she was going, tore up a section of our law and ran over/​destroyed a solar marker light we have at the end of the driveway.
We don’t recommend and will not be using them again.
