Giving Tree Wellness, how do I LOVE thee! And yes, that is a statement, not a question! I have been receiving instruction from Kate Millen in Pilates and Yoga and following her for several years. Kate is a remarkable teacher, her knowledge and expertise in the arts of Yoga, Restorative yoga, and Pilates is unsurpassed. Kate has such passion for what she teaches and knows how to help you on a very individual and specific level also helping you grow in your practice.
I would recommend Giving Tree Wellness to anyone who wants to make a difference in their own lives to heal, feel whole, and experience life as it should be.
