My wife cut her finger and had it sewn up here. She was seen within 30 minutes of arriving and the doctor did a very nice job stitching up her cut. There were also two nurses who were helping us the entire time that we were there. They took our insurance, we paid our copay and we were gone in about an hour and 15 minutes. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I appreciate that I have somewhere to go besides the ridiculous prices of the ER. Here you have to pay up front($ 200) before a doc will see you. I am sure they have their reasons for having to collect upfront, but as a patient who isn’t feeling that well it seems a little insensitive. They should collect after the service is rendered. The staff was nice enough but the office assistant did not know exactly what she was doing and was constantly asking others if I was charged correctly. And of course I was charged more for a test(simple) that she wasn’t sure if it was included with the initial $ 200. For those of you who have a high deductibles and or have to pay out of pocket, I would go to Minute Clinic where their visit is around $ 80. The service here was not bad and not great enough to make this place my primary office for my medical needs. I will to some research on prices.

If you’re in a hurry, the long and the short is STAYAWAYFROMTHISHORRIBLE, HORRIBLEQUACKERY! Judging by this place, apparently we can all earn a bit extra on the side by running a «medical clinic» out of our garage/shed/whathaveyou. It’s run with all the care and professionalism of a mid-90s telemarketing boiler room. I had what I thought might be a broken finger a few months back, so I went to this place as it was right down the street from my apartment. Once there, I waited two hours in the lobby, then another two in the doctor’s office(with no updates from staff of any kind), did my x-rays twice(they botched the first set), then had to return the next week to follow up because they actually didn’t even figure out whether my finger was broken the first time! Just this morning I got a very gruff collections call from one of the doctors(no wonder they’re backed up — the«doctors» do their own collections!?). I let her know that I paid the bill already, she gave me a sarcastic-sounding«thank you» and hung up on me! Not a disconnected call, but an old-fashioned, slam-the-receiver-down hang-up. Unbelievable.
