Upscale, clean, quiet, safe, family-friendly, well-maintained, and bright community with a large salted pool heated by gas opens up to Halloween, a fire pit, a playground,…Moreover, the forest with trails was nearby for long walks or the kids to bike, ample parking, conveniently located near a Harris Teeter, an Exxon gas station, luxurious apartments to rent with marble countertops…
Chapel Hill and Durham are safe areas with good public schools.

Wonderful apartments and complex! So quiet — never heard any of my neighbors! Beautiful finishes of bamboo flooring, marble counter tops, and wide trim throughout. Large built-in desk in my unit, huge closets, nice walk in shower. The management has changed some in the 3 years I’ve lived here, but always very nice and very responsive. Maintenance was handled promptly whenever there was a need. Small, but well equipped workout room, salt water pool, nice grounds — Harris Teeter, restaurants & movie theater within walking distance! The apartments aren’t cheap, but you do get what you pay for and I consider these a bargain!

My husband and I have lived in CHN for almost two years and we love it. We’re moving to Boston and wish we could pick up our townhouse and take it with us. The complex is quiet with nice amenities (gym, salt water pool, grills, playground, etc.) and very pet friendly with a dog park. You can walk to Harris Teeter, the post office, and restaurants. It’s in a great location, close to 40 and Franklin St — nothing is very far. Management is accommodating and very responsive to maintenance requests. We will miss CHN! Highly recommended.

Wonderful complex! Both flats and town homes. Nice size heated pool with gas grills. Quiet community with close shopping. My only negative… EXPENSIVE!!! But, I guess you get what you pay for…
