I’ve been a patient of Chapel Hill Family Chiropractic for about 6 years now, actually before Dr. Gregg took over the practice. I have always enjoyed being a patient, but I really like Dr. Gregg! I was a little nervous changing from a female to a male chiropractor, thinking that he might be rough or I might be uncomfortable. That is not the case; he totally put me at ease! I feel like he takes his time with me, answers my questions – doesn’t rush through the process. He genuinely seems to care about my concerns, pain, and discomfort. He’s definitely taught me some things about my spine and body structure, and I feel a lot better because of it. Angela, the chiropractic assistant, is also fabulous. She always has gentle music in the background, making the heat/stim part of the appointment extra enjoyable. She’s very welcoming, and always has a smile on her face when you’re checking in. I really enjoy chatting with her. One of the best things about this practice, they are not overly pushy on sales-type things. If you need help with pillows, supplements, etc. they are available to assist and are knowledgeable, but I never feel like anyone would look at me strangely if I didn’t «just buy something». I have had some awful experience with pushiness in the past(extra appointments, cleanses, the works!) It’s just a great overall experience for your adjustments. One you should certainly try!

I’m a big fan of Dr. Gregg. I’ve been to several chiropractors over the years, and they always underwhelmed me. They were condescending, overly sales-y, or straight-up practicing hooey voodoo. That’s not what Dr. Gregg is all about. My first appointment with him, he asked a lot of valid questions, treated me with respect and attention, and took a few X-Rays, which no other chiropractor had offered up front. He easily could have seen me four or five times before getting X-Rays, but he didn’t. Much appreciated. After figuring out what was bothering me, he was able to pop my back and neck in a number of places. Super refreshing. After my second appointment in which he reviewed my X-Rays, he didn’t recommend I come in 4 times a week for 8 months like other chiropractors– he told me to come in once a week for a couple more sessions just to make sure things are still going well. The office is a good size, it’s in a really nice office building with a lot of other small businesses. It’s kind of hard to find the first time you go, but don’t be discouraged. The office is clean and organized, although the X-Ray room is kind of cluttered and messy. Not that it needs to be pristine. If you’re having back issues, start with Dr. Gregg. He’s a new, refreshing, and super-competent chiropractor. You won’t be let down!
