Chapel Hill Creamery sells their cheese at the Durham Farmer’s Market on Saturdays and their sellers are super friendly and generous with samples.
Fresh Mozzarella — you can snag a bag for $ 6 (super creamy and clean — not the «salty» version you’re used to from un-​fresh mozzarella). Super yummy in a BLT!
Carolina Moon — super creamy, buttery, and sticky wheel of brie cheese ($ 11). Has a mushroom-​y flavor and is perfect paired with jam or a glass of red wine! Perfect for wine + cheese date-​night.
Whey-​fed Pork Ribs — can’t remember the price ($ 15?), but they were absolutely delicious!
Cannot wait to try the rest of their cheese and pork selection!
