The remedy was a new toilet, after 3 months of the«handyman» coming to plunge the toilet then dripping nasty water on the carpet as he left. That still did not solve the problem because it was in the line so deep that it could not be «roto rootered». Roach infestation was only treated if a tenant allowed, meaning the entire building was never treated because not everyone would allow treatment. Meaning ongoing infestation. The lease implies no smoking inside but the realtor only shrugs and says«I can’t enforce the lease» when there is a violation. So why is there a lease? That explains the noise at all hours, the trash dumped right out of cars into the parking lot, and the dog poop everywhere. The laundry facility always had broken washers. Good luck at the pool, where residents drank beer IN the water and smoked non stop. AND it floods…
