Nova Installations

Nova Installations completed several projects on our house including new storm windows, Hardy-​board siding, and new gutters. Very pleased overall with the level of workmanship and the cost. Art Dunn is extremely easy to work with and provided a very low pressure estimate. I think we were most pleased with the lack of aggressive salesmanship — he was honest about what our best value solutions were and did not try to upsell anything.
The siding work was completed by a sub-​contractor, I believe. We had a problem with how that team installed trim around a window. Nova was very understanding and helpful and worked with the sub to re-​do that portion of the work.
Scheduling was easy and everything was done on time as promised. Would highly recommend Nova and Art Dunn, in particular, for this type of work.

They came by a month ago for a quote. They never delivered the quote.

NOVA Installations installed a new exterior entry door and storm door for me. There were also side window panels and the transom over the door needed to be replaced and insulated. I LOVE my new doors. Both doors are beautiful and the storm door is quite heavy and secure. What a difference! Art Dunn was a pleasure to work with to provide options, price and coordinate the job. Since it was a bit of a tricky job (these buildings are 70 years old) Art had the installer, Terry, come out prior to the installation to make sure there wouldn’t be any hiccups. I got 17 estimates for windows and roofing for a remodeling home project last year. Nova Installations give me they best package deal. The service was excellent and I recommend no one but them.
