I was in the market for tempur pedic and got a tip from my friend to visit Neil (I think that’s his name) at Chantilly store. It was a smooth experience from start to end, since I had to get financing from them as well.
Not only I got best customer service, but Neil had a lot of experience with the products and answered all my questions/​concerns. It really helps when the sales person knows all ins and out. I would recommend anyone go see Neil at Chantilly for the best price, great customer service, and an overall no hassle experience. Two thumbs up!

I was there yesterday, must be a lunch time, smell like food when we walked in. The door alerted as we walked in, no one at the counter, few or 3 mins later someone say hi. Well, he didn’t come up to us, so we went to him for some info, it was okay helpful, maybe he finally think we are not just browsing and we are actually buying?
Didn’t get his name, middle east sale rep was there 10⁄1. Will not refer to any of my friends or colleague.
