Jersey Mike’s Subs

These subs taste just like the subs I got in NYC, and the Jersey Shore.
The bread is great, the meat is sliced in front of you, it is fresh. The oil, vinegar, and seasonings are quintessential Jersey. They have a really good vegetarian sandwich or two, but I keep going back to the Italian. It reminds of lunch in NYC, and summers on the Jersey Shore!

I love JM and I hate subway. Friendly staff and the bread is fresh and soft. Geahhh!!! Mikes Way All Day Baby!!!

Best Italian I had in over 30 years. The 4 star average is correct. Minus 1 star for tables not cleaned and pricey.

Went to this jersey mikes for lunch with some coworkers. Staff was very fast, efficient, & friendly! I took the recommendation of the meat slicer behind the counter & got the club. It was delicious!

Went to jersey mikes for the first time yesterday. Fell in love with the Philly cheesesteak sub. I don’t think I can go back to subway after my experience at jersey mikes!

The staff, friendliness, speed of service was AWESOME.
You could tell the team there was a TEAM.
They all had smiles on their faces. This is indicative of a good team leader and manager.
Oh, the food was fantastic!

The staff is very friendly and accommodating (as a vegetarian, I asked if they had sliced cheese prepared, but they didn’t and need to sliced it It’s clear that the staff has been trained to work efficiently.
I’ve been here multiple times and each time the staff has been amazing. On the most recent visit, October 5, there is an overwhelming presence of fruit flies. They are in and around the soda fountain — even landing in my cup from the fountain mouth (the staff took care to give a bottled drink as a replacement), flying around the vegetables and being a general pain. Management should really take steps to eradicate this.
I would give a higher rating of there weren’t bugs flying around everywhere.

I love this place! The customer service is great — they genuinely like their jobs and have personable conversations while they prepare your sandwich… and the food?! It’s delicious — can’t go wrong when they slice it all right in front of you.

I was craving a hoagie right before I drove past this this place. I was hesitant because hoagies outside of the Philadelphia tri-​state area are usually disastrous. But, I was craving a hoagie AND the place has Jersey in it’s name. I bussed a Uie and made my way to JM.
The inside looked like subway, pretty commercial. The line was long but moved fast. I knew things were going well when I saw that the American cheese was white and not orange. The other sign was the bread. It didn’t fall apart. I think it was pretty official Italian bread.
Yay, found a DMV hoagie spot.

Average sub shop. Got #8 Mike’s way and bread was weak, cold cuts mediocre and bacon too hard. Might have better luck with an Italian.

Very friendly and accommodating. Every Sub or Wrap is custom made, so you can get it EXACTLY the way you want… or order the standard from the menu. You can order online for carry out or dine-​in. It’s a great break from the fried fast food in the suburbs… Insider tip: Being next door to starbucks, you can get free google wifi at Jersey Mikes, so bring your laptop or tablet!

Jersey Mike’s is hands down the best cold cut sub chain. I mean how can you not love it when they slice your meat and cheese right in front of you. And something about the way they slice it just makes my stomach happy. It’s thin and the way it lays on the bread is just perfect. Then they top it on freshly baked bread and then add your choice of toppings… simply wonderful.
In addition to the amazing taste of the sandwiches, the service was awesome. The 2 guys working were super friendly and we chatted sports which made me happy. They genuinely seemed to enjoy their job and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our experience grabbing lunch.
If you are in the mood for a sandwich, you need to pass all the other crappy sub places and head straight to Jersey Mike’s.

Fresh, fast and friendly, the staff was super helpful. I’ve been to all the other sub places/​chains and THIS is my new favorite. I love seeing the meat sliced fresh for ME. I’ll definitely be back. So welcoming and nice to an unfamiliar customer. Not the same experience with another 1^st name chain nearby. And super service to boot.

Wow! First time at Jersey Mikes. Service was great. Sliced fresh deli meat for my sub. Taste was very fresh.

Have been meaning to check this place out but somehow didn’t get to do so till now. I was literally parked in front of a SUB_​_​_​but after reading the not so pleasant reviews about it I decided to come here and I am happy that I did.
The place was clean, service was friendly and fast. It took me awhile to soak in the menu, it wasn’t difficult to understand and its not confusing. I had a mini tuna
sub combo. Loved it!!! Will be going back to try the other sandwiches.

I went to Jersey Mike’s for the first time, ever, today and I really doubt I’ll ever go back. I ordered a Chicken Caesar wrap which should have come with lettuce, chicken, Parmesan cheese and a creamy Caesar dressing.
Like most people, I have 30 minutes for lunch at work, so I didn’t look at the wrap until I drove back to the office and got to my desk.
The entire outside of the wrap was drenched in an oily vinegar and, sadly, that was just the start to the problems. After realizing there was no way I could pick up the wrap, or else end up coated with oil, I opened it up — and found: NO cheese, NO creamy dressing, and three pieces of chicken.
What I did have was apparently a gallon of oily vinegar and what may have been their entire supply of shredded iceberg lettuce. I ordered a chicken Caesar wrap and I got some sort of weird, heavily oiled iceberg lettuce salad with three pieces of chicken (because the wrap itself was so saturated with oil there was no way to eat it).
I had no time to go back and re-​order and it was a reminder to check all food before heading back to the store. I completely understand that people/​places mess up but to do such a bad job on my very first visit…
I don’t think I’ll come here again — there’s only so much iceberg lettuce one can eat in a lifetime.

It’s all about the roast beef. Sliced fresh and a perfect medium rare, just as it should be! This isn’t the most convenient location, but the service has always been good even when I’ve walked in one minute before closing. Love Jersey Mike’s in general, but the staff at this location have always been friendly.

James has been telling me how much he likes Jersey Mikes. So today, we decided we would stop in here for dinner as traffic on Route 28 was bumper to bumper… again.
He always orders the number 9… so I did the same.
It was OK, nothing out of the ordinary.

Great subs! They cut the meat right when you order it, and the «juice» you can add is a must!!! I don’t get it mikes way but I’m sure anyway is just as amazing!

Tried this location for lunch today and ordered the #20, The Hot Rueben. Sandwich was pretty good, albeit messy. I really like their subs here but the cheesesteak is my most favorite.
Tip, check-​in for free chips ‘n’ soda.
