Excellent, prompt service; my iPhone is like new again! Michael responded to my repair request within seconds and we set up an appointment for the next day (on a Sunday). He came to me and repaired my phone in about a half an hour. Overall nice, professional guy who was honest about pricing and never pressured me into the service. I would highly recommend calling him for any of your repair needs.

Michael has come to my house twice now to repair the screen on my iPhone. The first repair was on a Sunday evening — my phone screen cracked and was unusable at 7:45 pm. I found his contact info through a Google search, and he was very quick to respond. My phone was repaired an hour and a half later, and I didn’t have to leave my house! Today, I noticed that the screen was lifting — a common problem, from what I understand, related to the screen’s adhesive. Again, I emailed him, and he was very responsive. My phone was fixed, in my house, a couple of hours later. Highly recommend. Wish all customer service experiences were as good as this!
