Would not recommend receiving eye care here, my corneas were swollen from a bad saline solution reaction. The optometrist went ahead with the eye exam and jotting down a prescription despite my corneas most likely interfering with a normal exam. He charged me for the visit and told me to return in 6 months for a follow up exam after my corneas were healed a little more — somewhat unethical. He also got seriously offended when I asked if I should see a physician for the corneal swelling, he stated optometrists are just as much doctors as opthamologists are. I followed up with an opthamologist anyway…

The front desk staff is rude. She has no intention to ask what we need when we just walked into the door. If her intention was to push the customer away, she has done a great job for that!

I went to this location 3 times and every time the lady in the front desk looks like she doesn’t care«comeback within 2 hours» lunch break or any other excuse, waist time !

I went in for the usual annual eye exam. Dr. Seng was wonderful. She’s friendly and attentive. I came in for contacts, but she noticed that I had allergies and wrote me a prescription for eye drops which works much better than the ones I had been using. Later, I realized I threw away my receipt and needed it for a rebate. I called to see what time they would open until, and realized I couldn’t make it there by 5pm, so they said they would give a copy to the eye center at Costco so I could pick it up later. How wonderful and helpful! I think this is one of the best experiences I’ve had with an optometrist. Would happily recommend to anyone.

Time consuming experience! 1.Dr. Sophear Seng gave me a prescription for my eye that no one in the area carries! I called at least 15 pharmacies. 2. Dr. called in a brand name and never asked me if I prefer brand name or generic. The brand name was $ 118.00 so I had to call her office AGAIN for her to call in a generic brand name and then she was hesitant. I got the generic and now doing fine. 3. I misplaced my receipt and asked for a copy to be sent to me. I was informed they can not. I asked why she said liability… to mail a receipt??? Crazy… I wasted so much time there I will never go back. I ended up calling corporate and they are trying to figure out why they can’t mail a receipt.
