Britto Orthodontics

I had a great experience at Britto Orthodontics! Gotten braces with them twice and my teeth are now perfectly aligned thanks to Dr. Britto’s expertise. The staff takes time with each patient to make sure they understand the process and are happy with results.

Dr Britto has done my entire family. All four of us love him and his staff. They are always very friendly and our teeth look fantastic.

Dr. Britto is a harsh, callous man. He admittedly uses personal preference to select from the people in his waiting room. After 40 minutes of waiting we were finally approached by the doctor, who immediately sensed my disappointment in the length of wait time. He asked what was wrong and I politely passed along my daughters notion (which I shared) that the wait had been longer than expected, and we had the proverbial «sore butts» from the silly chairs they had placed about. Instead of using good «bedside manner» he began to tell me how he had been avoiding seeing my daughter because he THOUGHT WE WERE LATE! We walked in within minutes of our appointment and had to fill out erroneous paperwork (since we came from the connected/​adjoining practice, records & xrays should EASILY transfer) we, in total, were less than 5 minutes late. He began to insult me and had little regard for my breastfed infant whom I was «in a hurry» over in the first place. If you don’t have 2+ hours for a consult, and don’t mind your child sitting open-​mouthed while the doctor visits with friends (oh yeah, he had a visit from a friend, whilst sitting with a child who’s mouth was agape with some plastic piece) then go here! He will lie to your face while disrespecting your time and needs! No thought for the fact that appointment times should be honored. No idea that his patients have other things to do, than «hanging out in his chair». Next door (his relative?) is no better. They turn their phones off during business hours and don’t take calls while they play «office games». I overheard them googling each other and laughing at patients with dire dental needs.

Dr. Britto is great. Both of my daughters see him for braces. We love his office and his staff.
