I had a great experience this morning at this location. I needed a new battery for my car. Online it showed there was limited availability, so I called the store to make sure they had one. The man who helped me (Marlon, I think) checked the computer, and then went and physically checked the shelf, before he told me they did. I asked if they installed them, and he told me they did, as long as they could get to it and knew how. While I was on the short drive down there, he evidently researched how to do the replacement for my specific car! What kind of EXCELLENT customer service is that, huh!!! When I got there, the transaction was super smooth, and Marlon checked the old battery and charging system first, then installed the new one, all the while cracking jokes and being very friendly. It pleases me to know that there is at least one store in this area that has employees that are motivated to do a great job, even on a Sunday morning! Highly recommended. store.

This store is fantastic, great selection of batteries and bulbs, etc.
But to get the 5 Stars, it’s there people, always pleasant and knowledgable.
Today, my daughter’s car died at the nearby Starbucks. After calling Battery Plus, they came to her, jumped the car, she followed them back, and replaced her battery!
She purchased a 3 year battery that was very fairly priced, all is good again, I don’t have to worry about her car not starting.

Won’t stand behind their products. Sold me a FIOS battery which should last for years, but it died after 12 weeks, and the store staff refused to exchange it for a new one.
It’s really too bad because I’ve purchased several batteries of all different kinds here before, and they were helpful when I was buying things. As soon as I had a problem and a defective product, though, they suddenly became completely unwilling to help.
