The BBQ is average to below average and there is nothing special about the side dishes. BBQ is more expensive on average but is worth buying if it is cooked right. The taste of the food at this restaurant makes it seem very overpriced. I would only go here again if I couldn’t decide on anywhere else.

Nothing special about this place. I assumed from the many cars outside that this place was going to be good eating… definitely not the case. Truly just standard barbeque restaurant. Dirty rice was a dirty trick to the tongue. Truly tasteless to be the kindest I can be. Macaroni and cheese was bland, box variety in taste and texture. Sausage, ribs and brisket was tender and had decent taste. No outstanding seasoning. Nothing extra to make you want to come here again. Serving size was average as well. Coconut pie did not taste home made either. Sweet potato pie didn’t have enough sweet potato taste in it. If that is home made, they need to close that house. Bathroom was surprisingly really clean. If you want average, run of the mill barbeque, this place will suffice. They do ordinary well.

First time here! Brisket is a little dry. Other meats were good. The Mac and cheese was not even close to being good. It taste like cheap proceeded watered down cheese. Other than that everything was good. BBQ sauce has a good flavor and served hot. My only complaint is the Mac and cheese! Ugh I was really hoping it was really good but it wasn’t. My thing is if you have really good BBQ make sure your sides are the shit! Yes I will come back again to try something else!

Great! Had the barbeque potato and it was awesome! The bbq sauce is delicious. The cream corn is unique and amazing! Will come back every time I visit the area I ride four wheelers in Crosby and this place is perfect!!! Must try! Not the typical texas bbq if you ask me… It’s better.

My husband and I picked up a chopped brisket sandwich and a sausage baked potato one night here after travelling. The piece of bread on the bottom half of the sandwich was 100% saturated with grease. Not bbq sauce — pure greasy grease: the bread was practically clear from the grease. I had to throw that half of the bread away, needless to say. My husband’s baked potato with bbq sausage looked good at first glance, but when he picked it up, there was a LAKE of grease at the bottom of the to go container that the potato had been swimming in. We were both too grossed out to finish our meal. I even made him throw away what we didn’t eat outside our hotel room because it smelled so bad. Please do yourself and your cholesterol level a favor and SKIP this spot. You’re better off going to Bill Miller, a cheaper and at least edible bbq place.

First, call in order was was given to someone else(not the 1st time this has happened), have to wait again for another order… when we did get it, the bread had mold, will never go back to Tony’s…very very disappointed in the service… giving 1 star simply because 0 is not an option.

Pretty good brisket. Self serve very tacky modern interior. I would stop here again though.

We were looking for just a decent bbq place. We ended up finding Tony’s which is, I would say, above average. Worth the stop.

Second time I ate here this week. Was here at 4.00 in the afternoon. Had the brisket dinner, fried mushrooms, ice tea, and pie. The brisket was dry. With no smoke taste. The green beans had some taste as did the baked beans. Mushrooms were you can not screw up pecan pie. The total cost was $ 20,15.plus tip. Is a pricey place. The next time I am here I will try the steaks…

I love the food, steaks are awesome. BBQ sauce is great. I come here often, but my biggest problem is when I order a baked potato(butter, bacon, cheese only) I HAVE to watch them because they get it wrong 90% of the time if I don’t watch them. It’s not a difficult order, but somehow they always screw it up if I don’t watch carefully. Their sides aren’t that great for me, but I am a picky eater. Brisket, steak, potatoes are all great!

From the friendy staff, it all started good in this place. I am a fanatic of McKenzie’s BBQ in Conroe, and yet Tony’s in Channelview gave me a good round for my BBQ Beto moment. The only issue for me about this joint is the distance. I live in a far, far galaxy from Channelview and I do not go there often. Otherwise, you’d see me combating my vehicular hypochondria more often by hitting the links at Tony’s. Is your regular cafeteria, point-n-get kinda place. Pinto whistleberries are very good; no bacon or cilantro, but they are cooked al-dente. I know about frijoles man, and Tony’s got some Mexican mamma boiling those pintos in a big clay pot, I bet. Brisket is juicy, tender, not too charcolized on the outside. Bar-B-Que is all about the type of wood you use to smoke the brisket. I can be wrong, but I think Tony’s was using hickory on the batch they served me from. Go to Tony’s, even if there is a hint of mistrust coming from the façade. You will enjoy good food.

I love Tony’s special on Friday nights. Their buy one get one half price steaks draw a crowd, however they get them out to you in a very timely manner. The flavor of the ribeye I order is so good and it’s served with two sides and a salad or you can replace sides with a baked potato. The flame broiled taste they have you don’t get hardly anywhere anymore! They also have good ribs and chopped beef. That is the most I’ve tried. They have a really great tasting Bbq sauce too, although I can’t eat too much sauce, I do like it better than most places. I have tried their chicken fried steak and it is huge and very big, however, I don’t care for their gravy. It had a yellowish color like maybe it has chicken soup in it or something. Anyway, I bypass that by stopping at Whataburger on the way and getting gravy to use:)). They have all u can eat ribs on Thursday night. I am not very crazy about their side dishes. Guess green beans are ok.
