Puppy Cuts

Giving a 1 star since a 0 is not an option. Called yesterday asking about pricing for nail trims for my 2 dogs. When told that it is $ 10 per dog (which is pretty steep compared to what I’m used to) I asked why they charge so much. The girl laughed and said she thought that was pretty reasonable. I said $ 10 was pretty high considering it only takes about 30 seconds to do a nail trim. She quickly changed her tone and snapped back at me with «Well you don’t have to come then». I didn’t even respond and just hung up the phone. If this business doesn’t even care if they have any business, then why should I? I think I’ll stick with The Dog Wash in Minooka from now on. At least those ladies are actually nice and professional.

Excellent Excellent there is no more to say

Just picked up my pitbull/​beagle Moxie. She looks so good. I’ve never taken her to the groomers before and I figured she would be scared when I came to pick her up but she was so happy. Her coat is so soft and smells great. Her ears are spotless and nails are perfect. For it being so cheap I didn’t know of what to expect, I am most definitely satisfied with the work they did there. And to top it off I got 10% off my next appointment since I scheduled right then and there. I highly recommend this facility.

I’ve been taking my dog here for awhile and my dog before that and have not had a problem until now. When I picked her up she wasn’t her usual happy self. I didn’t give it to much thought but later that evening I looked at her close and in the corner of her eye was a gash and a flap of skin I was so upset and my dog was clearly in pain. Owner who is the groomer did a excellent job of concealing this when I picked her up. She said nothing to me. That is really upsetting. Just tell me the truth you would have had a better chance of me returning. you cut my dog why would you not tell me! I will never return and I will tell everybody.

The groomers at Puppy Cuts do an awesome job! Even on my (sometimes difficult) dogs. Good customer service, friendly and caring staff.
