Molly Maid

This review may be updated but at this point I’m not sure. I called to schedule a cleaning and was debating setting up a weekly or bi– weekly agreement. I was told 2 people would be here today at 2:30. It’s now close to 5pm and no one has arrived. I received a voice mail saying they are running a little behind. We are almost 3 hours behind.
I call Molly Maids. I was out on hold and then was told the owner would look into it. I asked to speak with him and was told he will call me back. That he was checking to see when the «girls» would be here. I explained if they are not here by 5pm to cancel my appointment and do not charge my card. I asked that he call me back by 5pm. Still no call — I believe that was a stall tactic and at this point I’m not sure I want to use them as they are not reliable.
I will be posting my review on multiple websites as I depend on reviews to make a decision.

We continue to be wowed by Molly Maids of Chanhassen! Our cleaning team is fantastic, the owner and manager are very responsive and hands-​on — they have gone out of their way to earn our trust. Definitely would recommend them to friends and family.

Molly Maids is great! They help you in a pinch, when you are missing the cleaning gene, or are physically unable to do a lot of the necessary cleaning. There’s never a worry.
