Valley Protective Services

Great overall company but the employees need a lesson on professionalism. Bald guard with the ridiculous tattoos should be fired. I literally witnessed him gay bashing homosexuals right in front of my friend who is gay. Very trashy and inappropriate. I would definitely fire someone who is power hungry because they are a security guard. Don’t come to a college town trying to act tough because you have a badge on. Sorry that you couldn’t complete your degree for a better job but he needs to get over himself. I pray you see this asshole:)

Awful. Just awful. I have both worked for this company and lived on properties they patrol. Horrible in both suits.

This company should not exist. The customer service is horrible and the response times are non-​existent.
I reported my asinine neighbor who had his surround sound turned up really loud. The lady that picked up was so robotic in her responses. My main question was how long was it going to take. All I needed was a rough estimate. She said she couldn’t give out estimates which is complete bs. What type of security company doesn’t give you a realistic time frame? So I waited for almost two hours and no one had showed up. I called back and the same robotic chick answered. She didn’t have any answers once again and told me she could not give estimates once again. I called the REAL police who showed up in less than 20 min.
Imagine that…20 min.
I’m disgusted that businesses employ these people. They are not even capable of responding to a call and no one ever showed up.

I just got out of Osborn hospital. I should file a lawsuit against all the the irresponsible people involved in this incident. Including that guard

My experience with valley protective services has been a delight, they do what they do to get the job done right. Keep up the good work guys.
