US Post Office

Went to here to pick up boxes because UPS only delievers to Post Office. clerk I had was wonderful. clerk Ellen next to us was rude. saying «She did not Care“about something I was saying. an not addressing to her. lady She was waiting on just stared at her. not knowing what to do or say. manager brought my boxes out. I asked him again about my mail being delivered by Suzanne. my mail carrier. that has not done her job for 15 years. blameing it on my now dead dog. thou She delivered my neighbors mail which is right above mine w no problem. which I asked her again to deliever my mail. she said for me to get a Post Box. so I guess that’s how they get you to buy a Post Box. give you no or lousy service. then I learned she had put down that there was no one living at my address. thou She passes bye my house every week day. the manager asked me again what my address was. so obviously. nothing has been done to address the problem. from the last time I was there to ask for my mail.
I wish they could get rid of these people an get some that do the job right, an w respect for the job. I’m pretty sure now that the mail carrier will retaliate bye calling code enforcement on me. cause that’s what they do. snitch on the neighborhood, if they smell weed. but you have a MJ card. or if ur car has a flat. or ur waiting on a part for it. or ur kids left their toys outside. or ur to sick to cut ur grass. or they just don’t like you. for whatever reason. or you have ur family over. an carrier calls immigration. stupid evil people.
I did speak to Gail an she was wonderful. maybe She can do something about these people. I know that all people are not the same. or I hope they are not like these evil people. but at least don’t put up w these people. an at least keep them away from dealing w the public. that’s why you only get two stars. because nothing is being done.still.
An you know when I’ll get a Post Box? When you get rid of all the mail carriers. then we «all» will need to get a Post Box.

Friendly staff, cheaper PO Boxes than Chandler Heights location, ample parking, and 24-​hour self-​service postage kiosk in lobby. However, it can get busy during peak hours if you need personal service or have to sign for certified mail pick up, etc. I don’t like the screechy south lobby entrance door that gets stuck on the floor. That terrible screech sound that door makes because it’s uneven & sticks really hurts your ears. Please fix it. It’s been that way for years!

Horrible, horrible wait time. It’s December 15^th and they have 2 people working the counter at 11:30. It’s lunch rush and they need to be fully staffed

I had to go in twice today and both times, Gail helped me. She is awesome. And there was another gentleman that initially helped me.
This was my first time mailing from the USPS something to Colombia. You have to fill out a customs form and it’s a bit expensive to mail to Colombia (or out of the country), but the package should be there by Christmas!!!
I always get AMAZING service from this USPS! Keep up the great work!

I always run in and just use the self-​serve station. As another reviewer stated — so many times everyone in line is an absolute hot mess — so it is just easier for me to just hammer out the transaction on the machine.

I’m the type of customer who is perfectly prepared, everyone else in line is a hot mess. God bless these patient and always-​smiling postal workers! You are appreciated… :)

No one likes going to the Post Office during peak hours, but this location isn’t bad!
I stop in here quite a bit because this is where the Business Reply Mail account and permit my work uses was registered. Got to keep that account balance up because no one likes a collections call or letter!
Kristy C has always been super helpful with our account or anything else I’ve ever needed.
Everyone else is also very friendly and prompt to serve whatever your mailing needs are.
Kind of hard to find if you don’t know where you’re going, but otherwise, very convenient location.

Can’t believe I’m about to review the post office but… Little tricky to find this location, drove by it a few times. Had to drop in to pick up the oh-​so-​dreaded you owe us money letter from Uncle Sam. Anyways, the staff was extremely friendly, very prompt with their service and overall great!
