Up N Smoke Real Pit BBQ

I’ve know Rich personally, professionally and militarily for nearly 20 years. I trusted him with my life in the military and having nothing but the most respect for him now. His dedication to his craft presents itself with your first bite. It doesn’t matter what you’re chowin’ on, you will not be disappointed. PERIOD!
He has catered two work events and my wedding. Never late, never disappointing and I have never passed on any leftovers.

I brought these guys out for my company’s BBQ today — and I cannot say enough great things about the the event and everything surrounding it. Food was AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS! We chose the 2 meats/​2 sides option — so good! Pork and brisket were awesome and the mac n cheese was great too. What was surprising was the coleslaw… I’ve never had such yummy coleslaw in my life!
Rich and his team were timely, efficient, friendly and fun! They also have a great looking setup and the bbq pit is so cool. I highly recommend these guys for your next corporate (or any) catering event. :)

My husband and I hired Rich to cater our reception and have zero regrets. From the very first interaction, he was quick to respond and up front and clear about his pricing and what he could offer us. After contacting so many businesses in the industry and waiting days to get a response or sometimes never hearing back, this was so refreshing. We were able to meet up with him to sample some of his food and it was GOOD. The night of our party, the food was even more delicious! Rich and his guys were there on time, already preparing everything, getting it all set up, making the night stress-​free for us. The pulled pork and brisket were so fresh, tender and flavorful and all the sides were amazing as well. We had guests going up for seconds, it was that good. Rich brought along some guys to help us out with clean up since our venue was all DIY and we really appreciated that too. They were friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to hire Up N Smoke again and hope we have another excuse to get them out to cater a party for us! Thank you, Rich!

Had them come out for a company lunch during a 3^rd shift (1am-​3am). Amazing food. All the team members loved the spread; coleslaw, baked potatoes, Mac n Cheese, baked beans, pulled pork, and a tender brisket. Amazing people and amazing food. Would recommend for any catering needs.

If you want to go to your grave thinking you make the best BBQ Chicken in the world, do not try Up N Smoke’s BBQ chicken, because it’s the best on the PLANET! I have eaten the ribs, the brisket, pulled pork, slaw, beans and more. Last time, my kids said, «Dad, why doesn’t your mac and cheese taste as good as this mac and cheese.» I hate to say it, but they were right!
Up N Smoke has catered our company Christmas party the last 3 years in a row. He served about 100 people each time and everyone was happy and full afterward.
Try it once and you will be hooked!
