Taylor Made Pools and Spas

I purchased a Taylor Made Pool in 2008. I spent a lot of money for a custom pool and have had many problems with my pool ever since I moved in. I have had trouble getting the pool to clean properly due to lack of pressure to the pop up heads in the pool. After much complaining and my threat to goto the registrar of contractors, the contractor that this work was subcontracted to by Taylor Made showed up to fix the problem. Pressure to heads was increased however areas of pool still do not get clean. My heater to the spa has never worked properly and I am informed later it was due to improper flow of water through the heater which was tripping the heater. As I have tried to get customer service in the first years I owned the pool, I could not get call backs. Just recently, my home was going through a sale process and the pool came up on inspection that the negative edge wall was leaking water under the pebble tech wall. When I called Taylor Made Pools, I couldnt get the owner to call me back. I received a call from the office referring me to a pool service company. After having pool service company’s inspect the situation, I was informed that this issue could have been prevented with a different type of installation. I was also informed that the pebble tec that was used on the back wall was different than what was used in the pool itself. These other pool industry companies were puzzled why the wall pebble tec would be different than the pool itself? Its frustrating to spend a considerable amount of money and 7 years later having to spend more money on the construction of the pool. When deciding to build a pool, its most important that you have a company that constructs with best practices and stands behind their pools by offering good customer service should something happen.

This was our first ever pool project and we were apprehensive about what to expect, so we feel very fortunate to have found Mike and Taylor Made Pools. Their history and online reviews with the BBB, ROC, and other sites set a high standard, and they lived up to it with a quality of care, oversight, and work that were all completed flawlessly and on time. In addition, Mike showed us ways to improve the installation of our filter and return jets to better keep our new pool clean. Thank you, Mike, for a job well done!

My neighbor told me about Taylor Made. They built my pool for a good price and it is wonderful. They have been servicing my pool for a year and there is never anything wrong with it. And their price is no more than anyone else. I’ll be using them for a long time.
