I’m very pleased with the customer service here. Caitlyn helped us switched phones over from Verizon to T-Mobile very quickly and promptly. She was very polite, patient and thorough with all our questions. I felt she went above and beyond our expectations. She called another location to see if they had a specific phone that we were looking for that they didn’t have at this location and she wrote out notes for us to keep track of information that we’ll need later. Customer Care might be difficult for some but it came natural for her.

The team of customer service reps will mock you and treat you like you are in their way, in my experience. Imagine my shock when a customer service representative actually complained about his customer and mocked them, right there in the front of the house. In my experience, I walked into the store, and was not even acknowledged by a customer service rep, at all. I had to flag them down after about ten minutes, not even a hello. This team here clearly is not indicative of a customer rep that represents TMobile well. If you aren’t buying what theyre selling, they seem to want nothing to do with you. Their attitude and actions indicate a disinterest in the TMobile company as a whole, they are so self centered and focused on themselves, myself and other customers were ignored for a few«high fives» as they discussed their quota and whether or not they lived up to their sales goals for the day. Right there in front of the house. wow. Viisited the store in good faith, I had a desire to pick up several items and spend about $ 300. on accessories alone. Well, I bought my accessories, but not from this store. I left this store appalled at the lack of professionalism displayed. Hopefully this team will step down so that TMobile can continue to be a company I’d like to still be loyal to after 13 years. This team just about ruined it tho, made a call to Verizon.

2 – 2.5 stars. The employee that helped me was super nice. The problem — I waited in the store for 10 minutes before an employee could help me, then waited another 20 before they wre done with other customers. In my 35 minutes there, six people walked in and due to the wait, walked out. Hire more employees maybe?
