Again, slow service! The customers after me received their drinks while I was still standing there waiting for mine. My coffee was still underneath the espresso machine drip.

This Starbucks is definitely the best I have been to in a while! Before going to this one on a daily basis, I went to the one inside the Safeway store across the street from Wells Fargo. After obtaining a new job around the area of this Starbucks I decided to start coming here instead since it was the closest. Even though these lines are VERY long and slow I still am patient. Always have to come 30 minutes before clock in time for work since I have noted them being very busy throughout the day Monday-Friday and then the weekends are usually slow. Baristas here are ALL nice and respectful! No matter how long your order is, they don’t judge! A couple of days ago when I visited this location, I had issues reloading my Starbucks card through the mobile app since it was a «system error», So I went ahead with my remaining $ 2.69 in my account balance to pay for a tall Strawberry Acaí, barista told me that I had a few cents left to pay off the drink, but before I got out my debit card to go ahead and pay it, she went over to the tip jar to get some change to pay it off! Talk about the most kindest person at this Starbucks! Wish I could get her name sometime, but I will definitely be giving a great tip next time I come here! Seriously, I wouldn’t be able to find any other better Starbucks like this! You guys are amazing!

Amazingly slow drive thru. It’s so slow that I’ve had time to check my personal email, work email, and write this review. It’s painful. I’ve never been to a Starbucks that is this slow — it’s too bad because it’s on my way to work! I will not be coming back.

Well, while waiting in the drive thru line for many, many minutes, I’ve had time to jam out to some radio tunes with my one year old and sing the ABC’s few times, and read Unilocal reviews and even write this one. I’ve been to this location on occasion and they’ve always gotten my «special» order correct and are always friendly, but the lines are always slow moving. Good thing I know how to have a good time while waiting…

Used to be our go to Starbucks, so bad lately, the drive thru takes forever and our order is always wrong. When we pay over $ 5 for a coffee we expect it to be right. The last time they gave me the wrong one she took it back after I tasted it and promptly gave it to the car behind us. Management needs to do something, worst customer service ever.

I will never go to this Starbucks ever again. I was on my way to work on 10÷28÷15 around 8:30 in the morning and was running about 20 min ahead of schedule and decided to stop for a coffee. By the time I was through the drive through(which the line was not that long… maybe 5 cars ahead of me) 25 min had past. Literally 25 min. No joke. No coffee is worth that. So disappointed.

I will TRY to NEVERRETURN to this location. When I think Starbucks, I think relaxing, happy drink. NONE of the baristas knew my favorite drink, a London Fog. And, the manager was too busy to be bothered by my desperate, new barista managing the cash register. Over the years, I’ve never had to look up my drink to make sure it was made correctly. The one employee who claimed to know named the wrong tea(which is what prompted me to look it up before it actually got made.) Then, as I checked in with the drink making barista, she responded with all kinds of chatter(back talk.) All I wanted was to know my $ 4 drink would be made correctly. A simple smile and an «okay,» would have been phenomenal. BOTTOMLINE: NOT a relaxing, happy drink experience

Every time I come to this location it’s like 5:30am before I go to my office, so the store is NOT busy. The service here takes FOREVER. There is one guy who is actually really good w/customer service, seems maybe late 20’s and is very friendly and has«get up and go» but the rest of them will literally watch you stand around for 5 min before taking your order. «We’ll be right with you» …but not really. Since I like a lot of cream in my coffee the one dude will charge me for a grande coffee in a venti cup, but the others haven’t caught onto this concept… instead they charge you for a huge coffee when you’re only getting a grande. Today I was the ONLY customer besides someone at drive-thru and they didn’t have my online order at all, and when I asked how long espresso would take one of the girls said«about 5 min.» Really? 5 min on espresso when I’m the only customer? So obviously didn’t have time to wait… hence using the«convenient» mobile app to order. Ended up having to get a regular coffee. Their cups ALWAYS leak on the sides so I had molten hot coffee dripping on my hand. There was about 4 or 5 people working in there yet I had to stand around and wait on one of them to take my order. This Starbucks is the worst. I only go here b/c it’s convenient. Of course, this is a first-world problem but it makes for a crappy morning when you expect a mobile order to be ready and it’s not. I hate paying full price for sub-par quality and service. Starbucks can do better.

Seriously don’t come to this location if you want to get ANY schoolwork done, the barista girls here are very unprofessional. They wouldn’t stop yelling loudly and giggling about there sex lives and drunk nights. I asked what was in the pumpkin spice latte and they replied ‘coffee’ very helpful… not. I felt very rushed when I ordered, although my drink was yummy I give it a 1⁄5 stars. Get some mature baristas and you’d have an awesome businesses location

This has to be the slowest Starbucks in the valley… doesn’t seem to matter what time it is our how many cars are in line, you should expect a 15 – 20 minute wait in the drive thru.

This Starbucks has the worst set up for a drive-thru and is by far the SLOWEST one I have ever sat in. It doesn’t matter what time of day, it takes forever to get through. I’d get out and park, except that’s a nightmare too.

After spending 10 minutes in the drive thru, I leave here with nothing. The guy at the window was not friendly, didn’t acknowledge me or even great me when he gave me my drink. Then to top it off, my drink was not made correctly. Someone, please train this guy on how a Starbucks associate should treat their drive thru guest. I’ll never come back to this one again. Looking for a Dunkin Donuts now.

This is the closest Starbucks to my house and it’s on my way to work so I sometimes stop by here to get coffee. Staff seem friendly enough but if you are impatient or in a rush avoid this place completely. Their service is so so soooo slow. Expect to spend at least 10 – 15 minutes for drive thru. You think just because you see couple of cars ahead you it should go fast but never! I only go here if I leave the house early enough. Other then that forget about it!

Coffee is as good as it should be, but there is lots flies and mosquitoes. Also there is only two power outlet. This location also got Free Google WiFi at fairly fast speed. It’s good for take out and not for sit in.

this is the closest starbucks to my house that is also on my way to work. I really wish there was another option because this specific location is awful and I always seem to forget this fact when I’m in a rush until I spend 4 min and counting waiting at the ridiculously slow drive thru. 10 min and counting. the line is now 10 cars deep. there were only 2 cars in front of me. no one in front of me ordered food, why did it take so long for my turn? why am i waiting 2 min and counting at the window for an iced tea? great. it’s watered down tea. seriously this crap just doesn’t happen at other starbucks.

Terrible. Sat in the drive-through for half an hour. Drink was wrong, waited another 2 to 3 minutes. To top it off, my drink taste terrible. Won’t be back to this Starbucks.

I am constantly amazed at how some people live without Starbucks. I need it. I must have it. Until it’s a life or death situation it will always be Starbucks.
