I set up a new phone/service through and after a few days, had a difficult time with reception in my home and other places. I decided to return it within the 14 days allowed. I was hesitant to go into a store because of all of the reviews about horrible customer service but this was NOT the case for me today. I worked directly with the manager and he was very helpful and patient. The overall transaction took some time and he apologized along the way. The store was very busy yet the agents seemed to keep their composure and greeted everyone as they walked in. Overall a very smooth transaction.

Don’t know if this location is always like this b/c it was the 1st time I ever been to this location but if so, they have the worst kind of customer service. Walked in yesterday, around 10:15ish. Now at MOST places, you’d hear something along the lines of «Hi and/or welcome to Sprint. Someone will be with you shortly.» Did that or something along those lines even attempt to escape one of the sales individual’s lips??? NOPE! In fact, wasn’t even acknowledged. There was another lady that was in there before me, don’t know how long before me, and she was just walking looking at phones too. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I asked her had she been helped and she said no. In through the door walks a blonde haired lady and she walks behind the counter. I’m thinking«yes Lord, this lady is about to help us!» Sh********t was I wrong. She sat her ass at the stool looking at what the sales guy was doing while he was tending to a customer. It’s like sis, really? REALLY? To make matters worse, the other blonde lady w/glasses walked by me THRICE times & didn’t acknowledge either one of us then. After 5 more minutes of waiting, the lady that was there before me was now getting helped, meanwhile I’m still standing, waiting. About 3 more minutes later and the guy at the counter was like«I can help whoever’s next.» Bitch I’m the only one waiting. Just say, «Ma’am I can help you, sorry for the wait.» My question took 6 secs to be asked, «Do you all price match Best Buy on phone upgrades,» and received a rude ass«no» after all that waiting. Long story short, all though this is already long enough lol, they don’t ever have to worry about me coming back to this Sprint location.

My wife and I did the«cut your bill in half» promotion and switched from AT&T. We saw that we would get a great rate and it would be locked in for 2 years. Fantastic. We come in and get everything switched over. While the sales lady is filling everything out with us right there in front of her we made sure that we did not have insurance put on our phones. It’s a complete rip off anyways. Get everything finalized, get our new phones, walk outside… realize that we aren’t on a 4G network… just great. I knew there would be problems. First of all we can barely ever connect to the Internet or any web based apps unless we are on wifi, first real issue. Next we realize that we can’t talk and use web based programs at the same time… guess I should have done my homework on Sprint. Then comes our first bill in the mail and low and behold it’s about 25 dollars more expense then we were told by the sales lady. After examining the bill we see that she put the insurance on our account when we told her not to. When I brought this up to an ex-sprint manager who is a friend of mine he informed me that they will always do that and if the customer has asks about whether it’s put on initially they are too lie about it and put it on anyways.(one reason why he left). Guess I should have listened to him about that. The bill is now due in 4 days(which we relieved no notification on when it would be due by any means) and I my wife and I go into this same store to resolve the bill. I tell him we won’t pay the insurance which we asked not to have on there and he said, sure we’ll take it off, it will take about 48 hours to post. I check it today, no dice. Now the bill is due tomorrow and the charge is still on there(what did the guy at the store do?). So I call CS and he informs me that he has resolved the issue and it will be taken off the bill in 24 hours, the day my bill is due. I really hope so. This has not been a pleasant experience with Sprint. The network is bad, the sales reps are deceptive and issues don’t seem to get resolved. I would not recommend going to this store or even Sprint as a whole for that matter.

Today I was looking for a new phone. Getting a new phone and plan is already a headache as there are so many hidden fees in plans. Claudia roman was my retail representative and she was extremely condescending and rude. Sprint already has terrible service, they don’t have the luxury to be ass holes, especially when you say your considering a new carrier.

I got a new phone so had to go to the Sprint store to switch out my phones and switch my son’s phone with my old phone, the customer service rep Aaron who helped us was great! Did everything I asked and even answered some questions I had! I can tell you I have never had a bad experience at Sprint! Regardless of what store I am at! It’s just great to have a cell phone service provider with great customer service! I love Sprint!
