I absolutely cannot recommend this place. At first they started out well. But when it came time to close on time, my calls were avoided. I could not get in touch with my assigned agent. I even ensured the wire was there days early. In the end, what made me the most upset was that the agent who was acting as a buffer, talking to me about the situation, was very condescending. When I asked to be put on hold to wait for my escrow officer, he put me on hold till closing, then pushed me to the wrong voicemail so that when I called back no one would be in the office.
I would avoid them at all costs. Go with a smaller company, Security Title is a publicly traded company and only cares about you as a dollar number and not as an actual customer.
In this market there are plenty of great escrow companies willing to treat you as a person.
This will definitely be my last interaction with them.

We just closed on our house and Security Title made the process very simple. We were not rushed to sign our documents, we were able to read through the paperwork and ask questions as needed. Buying a house can be a stressful situation, so it helps when a company like Security can make it a smooth process when it comes time to close.
