We purchased a new range and microwave from this store on 11/​30/​2015. They did not have the items in stock and scheduled a delivery of 12/​29/​2015. On 12/​28/​2015 we called Kevin (the manager) to inquire about delivery times the next day. He told us they would call us the next day two hours before delivery. At 300PM we had not had a call and again called the store to find out what was going on. They told us to call another person. That person had no record of our delivery or purchase and told us they would call us back. Kyle at the store then called back and said the information never got put into their system at the time of sale (thirty days prior). They could not deliver until the afternoon of 12/​31/​2015. This is going to be a problem for us if in fact it even gets delivered as they now say. We don’t often complain but this is one time we felt the need to tell their prospective customers

Only because zero stars in not an option!!! What a disappointment!
I went in and met with Rich Shively. Very nice and knowledgable but just started my search. I asked if he would be in Saturday and he indicated no, but any one could help.
After touring a few other stores, we decided to go back to sears to get the refrig.
Purchasing was not smooth, the store manager ended up helping us and giving different numbers than what I was originally quoted. And then found out I need to reserve a whole day for the delivery.
So here I am Saturday morning waiting for my phone call from the delivery service only to never receive one. I called the store and spoke with Rich who investigated to find out that my order had never been faxed, yes faxed, to the delivery team.
So now I not only get to kill full day waiting for nothing I will probably kill a second day. Pending my order cancellation waiting to see what the manager will do for me… likely won’t be enough great place to purchase but don’t expect the delivery to be there, wish I would’ve read the reviews before!

Do not buy a Sears Brand Kenmore anything!
We bought a brand new Kenmore Elite top of the line almost $ 4,000 refrigerator. It lasted 18 months. I have had over five repairmen out to try to repair it. I have gone 25 days and still counting without a refrigerator.
The store will not help out — all they say is it is out of warranty! OK, even if I HAD bought the overpriced warranty, they can’t fix it. And the book says compressors and cooling systems have built in extended warranties.
The telephone service is non-​existent. You wait and wait and then they disconnect you. They refer you to LG who built the unit and they say no, call Kenmore. It is a JOKE. The repairmen never show up during the 5 hour window — ever — and sometimes don’t come at all.
After so many service calls, it should be declared a LEMON and RECALLED. They just want you to go away. Well I suggest you «go away» to another brand and company other than SEARS. I can see why they are going bankrupt! They «ain’t what they used to be».

Our fridge had gave up after 8yrs so we had to get a new one. It was the next day when we went into sears to look for one and it happen to be on a day they had 15% off deal. Bob the assistance manager was very patient in helping us make our decision since we weren’t really sure what we wanted quite yet. He was not pushy nor was he trying to give us any sales pitch. He sympathize with us and said they can deliver the next day or when delivery is available.
I scored this place 2stars because I came in on a Sunday and bought the fridge to be delivered Tuesday. However come Tuesday no fridge. I called and spoke to a different rep because Bob was not in. He told me it might of been a misunderstanding and will refund my card immediately. I was upset since I told them I had no fridge and needed one ASAP. When I looked on the screen for a deliver date I saw it was the upcoming Tuesday not a full week later. Overall I was not happy with the experience and had to go without a fridge for 4days, when there are many appliance stores out there that offers delivery the next day.
