Amber Pope is a hair magician! She does such a great job of explaining her process and making sure she gets it just right. You can tell when someone has real, technical experience along with artistic talent and she is totally that magical combo of both. I don’t think I’ll ever go to anyone else! The salon is super cute, too. Always very clean, organized and stocked with lots of great Bumble products (their front display is my FAVORITE!). I even love the music they play! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I have been going to Amber since 2013 and I am so happy I found her! Her salon is fantastic and I love all the bright and happy colors that are in there. Also love the vintage touches. I have curly hair and it can be really tough to work with so finding the right person is key. Amber made me feel so comfortable and talked me about so many things on why my hair does what it does that no one ever took the time to explain to me before. She just recently cut off like 10 inches and I love my short hair cut! Love Amber and her salon!

This salon is amazing, the products are amazing, amber is amazing, and now my hair is amazing! This is my 2nd visit to Salon 27 and I am in love. Amber took the time to do my hair the right way both times. She is very informative every step of the way whether she is mixing color or just cutting my hair. I love that this salon uses top of the line products, all of which Amber is so knowledgeable about. She was able to recommend the perfect product for me and although it’s only been 24 hours, I can see a difference already. I will definitely be back here.

A friend of mine recently recommended Amber, who is now at Salon 27. Amber is fantastic, friendly, and has vast technical knowledge of hair. I’ve never had a stylist be as complete as Amber when cutting my hair. I also appreciated how she explained what she was doing and what to expect when styling my hair on my own.
Amber and her makeup artist acquaintance, Erin Jessie, both transformed me into a beautiful bride for my recent wedding. The result was astonishing and I had an overwhelming amount of compliments on my appearance. I’ve never felt more beautiful. The prices were very reasonable for both the trial hair/​makeup and on the day of the wedding. Thanks, Amber!

Amber is a great hair stylist and is so precise in everything she does down to all of the little details, and that shows in her talent and also in her salon — perfect to the last little detail.
