Of you need anything costume done to you firearm this is the place to go. Not only will they beat everyone’s price they don’t try and hit you with extra charges! And the ladies behind the counter are a Hoot !!

I was not impressed with the quality of CeraKote work PDWarehouse does (dry spots, uncoated spots in the slide, thick Cerakote at the muzzle, glossy spots)
Bottom line, I paid someone else to do it correctly.
Update: 8÷3÷2015 i received threats from Brian at Personal Defense Warehouse, and was told i have until the end of the day to change my review. PDWarehouse said they would post that i have a DUI and other things. (Funny thing is i have never had a DUI because i do not drink or do drugs) Apparently they are really mad at me for having professional’s fix their poor quality Cerakote work. Professionals that PDWarehouse also tries to compete with.

Absolutely amazing experience that happened at PDWarehouse. I went in to get my AR15 customized a bit, just to have a quad rail, low profile gas block and new sights installed. And when Bryan and his team looked at my gun they were able to point out some important manufacturing issues that would compromise the reliability of my weapon. Because the weapon was already apart Bryan replaced the parts at no charge to me and stated «come back to me with something harder next time.»
What was supposed to be a quick swap out of parts turned into an enlightening conversation of why these other issues exist and how some manufacturers don’t put the effort or quality control in that they should.
These guys are true professional gunsmiths, I saw several examples of their fully custom built rifles as well as very nicely modified Cerakoted guns that really have a quality look and feel that I haven’t seen much of in this industry.
These guys have earned my business as my go to gun shop and Gunsmith from now on. The key points to describe them Honesty, Integrity, and Educational.

Great service as always provided by Brian and his staff. Just had a Sig Sauer pistol refinished by them and it came out great. Have also had my Kimber refinished and completely overhauled as well. Prices there are almost as good as Arizona Firearms in Tempe.

These guys are awesome. I actually went in a couple of days ago thinking they were a gun store according to Google Maps. I was a little surprised to see no guns on the wall, that they were more of a gunsmith and restoration than a dealer. But Brian, the general manager/​owner, immediately greeted me in an incredibly friendly manner, and asked what I was looking for. I had actually been on the search for the UTAS UTS-​15 shotgun and had been having nothing but bad experiences with other gun shops all day long. Brian made one phone call, got my gun ordered from his supplier, AND gave me an incredible price!!! He actually beat the prices of all the other gun stores! My gun came in the next day, brand new, in the box. Brian even stayed open late for me to come down after work. I am an avid gun owner and user, and can honestly say I have never in my life had a better experience with any gun shop or gun seller than I just had with Personal Defense Warehouse and Brian. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. And I’ve already told all of my friends and co-​workers that for anything gun related, this is the place to go hands down. Thanks Brian!!!

These guys are extremely knowledgeable and provide a level of quality and service beyond compare locally. I purchased several firearms from them each were adjusted to my specific requests. This shop is great I couldn’t ask for better results. They took my old Colt 1911 that was passed down and made it look better then factory new. Brian walked me through every step of the Cerakote process and I even got a sneak peek of their special projects. Anyone looking to get their firearm refinished or just made to look like the baddest range piece go to PDWarehouse. I recommend them 100 times over they treated my baby like a baby.

I had several of my guns tuned up and brought back to life at PD Warehouse. My favorite Colt we had cerakoted and it looks soooo good now! The guys know there guns and took great care of me. I highly recommend them for any general work, but especially for custom jobs and «outside-​of-​the-​box» projects.

Honest place could have sold me a more expensive rifle but recommended something cheaper and good quality.
