No Bugs Allowed Termite & Pest Control

A tree fell in our back yard and a swarm of bees started making a nest under my hammock right by my pool. There were thousands of them. I am new to the area so I looked here on Unilocal to see who was local to come take care of the bees. I called and talked to Steve and he came right out within 30 – 40 minutes and took care of all the bees. He was very pleasant and I was totally impressed on how fast he was able to come over. I would highly recommend Steve if you have a bee problem. He was quick and fast and very reasonable as for the cost.

I have an extreme fear of wasps and bees and Steve has come out twice to help with removal of these insects. He does a wonderful job and is honest and transparent throughout the process. Great customer service seems to be hard to come by these days so it’s a rare treat to find someone that cares to listen and accommodate customers.

A large swarm of bees gathered right by my front door one afternoon. I called about 6 pm and Steve answered and calmed me down. He said just leave them alone and I’ll be out first thing in the morning. He showed up at 7 am and had them removed by 730. Cost was $ 127 and I was happy to pay.

Steve did an amazing job. I called my regular pest control company and they said someone would be out in 4 – 6 hours to quote me a price and then they would send someone else out to fix the problem. Steve on the other hand answered his phone immediately, showed up about 2 hours later and gave me a status when he was running 10 minutes late.
It turned out we only had scout bee’s, no colony, so he charged me less than ½ the usual price and gave us a 30 day warranty. Great experience overall.

Steve the owner came out and sprayed for bees. The way he sprays he doesn’t get all the bees at once so he did have to come back for a 2^nd treatment (free of charge) and then did kill all the bees but for that 1 day in between they were pretty pissed off and stung my neighbor. We were too scared to go through the front door since that was where they were. I would have preferred for them to have them all taken care of on the first visit but he did explain why that wasn’t a good idea. At the end of the day they were taken care of and haven’t been a problem since.

After having a bad experience with another valley bee removal company (no need to mention names — just read my reviews), I was in search of a highly rated business. My situation required them to cut into the wall and ceiling above my cove entrance. They did such a great job I could barely tell they even had to do any construction! Exceptt for the fact that I’m bee and messy honey free. :)
