I am a contracted worker here so I cannot reviwe on it directly as Intel employees get benefits that I do not. With that said, it is a pretty good company to work with/​for.

As a contractor working at Intel I have limited exposure to the amenities offered to it’s employees but from what I can see they really take care of their people. The cafeteria serves a large selection of food that is good quality. The complex houses a work out facility, basketball courts and putting greens. It us obvious Intel places a high priority of employee health as well as work life balance. It would be nice to see more companies really commit to similar philosophies.
